I love this aerobic activity, but it might not be the right one for you. The best recommendation I have is to join a fitness center for a month. The majority of gyms even offer a free session with a fitness trainer. If that's the case make sure and inform your fitness trainer that you want to try many exercises so that you can find a cardiovascular activity that you will enjoy so you will stick to it. This will let you try out lots of different cardio exercises and find out which ones you enjoy.
